Karen Chaprnka

Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Karen Chaprnka, Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (COO), joined Allegiance Health in 1996 as vice president for Quality and became COO in 1999. Her professional affiliations include the National Association for Healthcare Quality, the Michigan Association for Healthcare Quality and the National Association of Social Workers. 

Ms. Chaprnka is a member of the Board of Trustees for CareLink of Jackson and the Jackson Community Foundation, and she and serves on the Executive Committee and Distribution Committee for the latter. Ms. Chaprnka is past Chair of the Board of Directors for the Ella Sharp Museum of Art and History.
