Senior Vice President, Operations & Continuum of Care 

Ondrea Bates, DNP, MSN, RN, FACHE, NEA-BC, joined Allegiance in 2013 and provides leadership, strategic direction and operational oversight for patient care services, ancillary services, quality and safety. Bringing years of extensive patient care and operational experience, Ms. Bates is passionate about creating a seamless continuum of care that serves the needs of our community at every stage of life.

She earned a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Madonna University, a Master of Science in Nursing Business and Administration from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mercy College of Northwest Ohio. Her commitment to professional excellence is further evidenced by her certifications as a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives and Nurse Executive – Advanced by the American Nurse Credentialing Center.

Ms. Bates serves as Board President, Secretary and Treasurer for the Henry Ford Allegiance CareLink Board of Trustees and President, Secretary and Treasurer for the Hospice of Jackson Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Jackson Community Ambulance and Hospice of Jackson Endowment Fund Trustee Board.
