President, Ambs Call Center

Aaron Boatin is President of Ambs Call Center, in Jackson. Since 2009, he has served on the Allegiance Health Foundation Board and, more recently, was asked to serve on the Allegiance Health Board of Trustees.

Aaron is a frequent speaker on topics such as the use of emerging technologies to drive customer service experiences, and he recently developed a health care training program to assist front-line staff to enhance the patient experience. 

Aaron serves on the Board for the Greater Jackson Chamber of Commerce and is Secretary of its Executive Committee. He was recently elected as President of the Great Lakes Telemessaging Association. Aaron is also a member of Jackson Citizens for Economic Growth.
