At Allegiance Health more than 320 credentialed physicians in a wide range of specialties care for approximately 20,000 inpatients and a large number of outpatients each year. This program is affiliated with the Statewide Campus System with Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine (MSUCOM).

The newly constructed emergency department opened in the spring of 2006. The department has fifty private treatment rooms and services over 80,000 patients annually. Allegiance Health is dedicated to providing quality clinical and didactic education to its residents.
