Workman's Compensation
Our goal is to provide you the best and most complete care available and restore you to your pre-injury status as quickly as possible. In many instances, workman’s compensation cases will require several office visits, therapy, exercises and possibly even surgery. All of the details of your care will be shared with your case manager or workman’s compensation company.
As part of your workman’s compensation, you will be required to read, understand, sign and abide by the agreement. Without your compliance with this critical agreement, we reserve the right to release you from our practice.
