Allegiance Health uses minimally invasive robotic surgery to provide surgeons with enhanced capabilities to perform procedures such as thoracic surgery; urologic surgery; digestive health surgery; and obstetrical and gynecological surgeries. While skillfully manipulating robotic arms, surgeons are able to make smaller, more precise movements with small instruments through just a few tiny openings versus the large incision necessary in traditional open surgery.
