Billing & Insurance
We participate with many of the area most used insurances. If you have a question regarding the insurances we currently participate with please contact our office or the billing office.
If you happened to have insurance coverage we don’t accept, with we strongly encourage you to contact your insurance carrier so you can ask any questions necessary and understand what your insurance will and will not cover. We will submit a complementary claim to your insurance to assist in your reimbursement, but you will need to pay for your services when you receive them. To help you meet your financial responsibilities, we do accept all major insurance cards and debit cards.
In all instances, you will be expected to pay your insurance co-pay and any deductible at the time of service.
