Neurologist
Allegiance Health, a 411-bed not-for-profit regional health center located in Jackson, Michigan is seeking a BE/BC Neurologist to join a very reputable and well-established neurology practice. This employed practice offers the opportunity to step into a busy practice and assume an immediate patient base. Currently one board-certified Neurologist and one NP, covering 75-100 referrals/month and close to 4,000 annual visits. Call 1:5.
Strengths and interest in MS and epilepsy (and pediatric epilepsy) are welcome and preferred. Office is located in new neuromuscular skeletal building conveniently located across from Allegiance Health and offers: EMG, Nihon-Cocon machine (which can be viewed from home on tablet or iPad), epilepsy monitoring unit, weekend outpatient IV clinic, home health services to provide infusions, and more.
Presently drawing from a 7-county region that includes a growing patient population of over 300,000, Allegiance Health’s Emergency Department has over 83,000 patient visits and admits over 15,000 patients annually. Jackson is conveniently located minutes from Ann Arbor with easy access to two Big Ten schools and Detroit Metro Airport.
