Dermatologist
We are seeking a general dermatologist to join a
well-established and reputable private practice in Jackson, Dermatology & Skin Surgery Center (DSSC). With 8 physicians (including one Mohs
surgeon) and 7 mid-levels (NPs & PAs) serving 3 locations and a patient
population of 300,000, we offer a team approach to care.
DSSC is a
medical model practice, offering MOHS cancer surgery, general dermatological
care and many cosmetic procedures. The staff prides itself in demonstrating
excellent interpersonal skills with patients, physicians, mid-level providers
and staff. DSSC provides
dermatological care utilizing a teamwork approach to patient care. The practice
offers a wonderful work environment with a close working relationship with the
practice physicians and providers. The office does not use EMR but uses
template soap note with dictation as needed.
The option to practice a
variety of cosmetic procedures is available with various lasers at each site.
Call is rare. Hours are Monday - Friday, with no weekends or evenings. We offer a
competitive salary and full benefits including: paid health, vacation, CME
time/stipend, licenses/dues, paid malpractice, 401K and profit sharing.
Excellent recruitment incentives include: signing bonus, paid moving expenses,
student loan repayment, and $30k relocation stipend. Located minutes from Ann
Arbor and Lansing.
