Our services

Colonoscopies

An evaluation of the lining of the colon to check for medical problems, such as bleeding or the presence of cancer. Regular colorectal cancer screening is one of the most powerful weapons for preventing colorectal cancer. The American Cancer Society encourages screening starting at age 50. When colorectal cancer is found and removed early, the chances of a full recovery are very good.

Hemorrhoid Treatment with Infrared Coagulation

Infrared coagulation is a non-surgical hemorrhoid treatment in which a small probe quickly contacts the area above the hemorrhoid with a burst of infrared light. This causes the veins above the hemorrhoid to shrink and recede.

Infrared coagulation is the most preferred office treatment for hemorrhoids because it is fast, virtually pain-free, virtually problem free, no anesthetic is required and there is little or no recovery time necessary.

Esophagogastroduodenoscopies (or EGD)

An examination of the lining of the esophagus, stomach and upper duodendum (beginning portion of the small intestine) with a small camera.

Flexible Sigmoidoscopies

Another means of checking the colon for medical problems.
