Many Americans suffer from chronic pain, which can interfere with all sorts of everyday parts of life such as work, mobility and activity, sleep and relationships. Chronic pain is best described as pain that persists past the normal time necessary for healing. Often affecting emotions, chronic pain can increase stress and can even lead to depression.

The Allegiance Pain Management Center will help you manage your pain so you can return to a normal, active and productive life. Taking a multidisciplinary, collaborative approach, we evaluate and treat your pain with comprehensive, specialized care. Our team includes physicians who are specialists in pain diagnosis, treatment and management, specially trained nurses, a psychologist, physical and occupational therapists.

Located in the Specialty Center, you’ll appreciate convenient parking and easy access to our services.

Pain Management Specialist

Brandon Gaetino, MD

Dr. Gaetino is a graduate of the Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in anesthesiology and a fellowship in pain management at the University of Virginia. Dr. Gaetino is board certified in anesthesiology and pain management.
