The Family Birthing Center of Allegiance Health provides many amenities for the best, most-comfortable birthing experience possible. From our doctors, midwives, and nurses, you can expect skilled, expert care, delivered with compassion and respect. We want you and your family to feel at home at Allegiance Health.
Each private labor, delivery and recovery room is equipped with a whirlpool tub for your use. After delivery, you'll stay with your baby in the Women and Newborn Unit, where both of you will be cared for by a specially trained nurse.
A state-of-the-art Special Care Nursery helps babies who need an extra boost getting started in life. And to help you tell the world your good news, we’ll post a birth announcement and photo of your baby to our Web nursery.
Added choices
Allegiance Health offers more childbirth options than ever before. Delivery choices include the full range of pain management options, cesarean delivery when necessary, natural childbirth, and our Alternative Birthing Program. The Alternative Birthing Suite includes a master bedroom, a private bath with whirlpool tub, and a sitting room, from which your family may participate in your childbirth experience. Certain requirements must be met to qualify for this program: Ask your doctor or nurse midwife for more information.
