Allegiance Health Opens New Facility in Michigan Center
Jackson, Mich. — Allegiance Health is pleased to announce the opening of its newest facility located at 4304 Page Avenue in Michigan Center. The community is welcome to a grand opening celebration scheduled for Tuesday, September 14 from 4 - 6 p.m. Free health screenings will be available and refreshments will be served.
This new patient-centered facility features:
- Allegiance Family Medicine and the practice of Rubina Shaikh, MD. The office includes seven exam rooms, all designed to offer patients an exceptional health care experience. Dr. Shaikh is currently accepting new patients. Office hours are: Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Friday, 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The office can be reached at (517) 817-7582.
- Allegiance Physical Rehabilitation, providing quality physical therapy to help patients get back on the road to independence by minimizing recovery times. Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Call the office at (517) 817-7586.
