Physician Liaisons
Mike Houttekier and Jeanne O'Dell are pleased to serve as the physician liaisons for Allegiance Health. Their role is to promote positive, effective relationships between our dynamic medical staff and leadership within the health system.
As a physician, you are encouraged to contact Mike or Jeanne if you:
- have a complaint about the health system
- have difficulty navigating care through the health system
- are not getting resolution of a request from a department
- need to understand services or to learn more about Allegiance Health in order to better serve your patients
Our physician complaint resolution policy requires a response to inquiries within 48 hours.
