Free Valet Service Expands

Jackson, Mich. — Allegiance Health has expanded its free valet service to include its main entrance and the Wellness Center for added convenience to patients and visitors.
The service was first offered last year outside of the Emergency Department as the hospital began its multi-year expansion project.
Customer feedback on the new service has been extremely positive, according to Robin Kirkpatrick, Director of Marketing/Community Relations. “This service provides added convenience for both patients and family members who visit the hospital and Wellness Center. It is a valuable way we can help improve our patients’ experience.”
The free valet service is offered in cooperation with Healthcare Parking Systems of America, which provides professional valet services nationwide. The valet service is available at the hospital’s main entrance and the Wellness Center, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. – 6 p.m., and at the Emergency Department entrance daily from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
