The ASHP accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Allegiance Health is a 1-year commitment, broken down into 11 rotations.

  • Cardiology
  • Ambulatory Coumadin Clinic
  • Medication Safety
  • Orientation/ Staffing (2 months and longitudinal)
  • Administration (longitudinal)

Electives

  • Oncology
  • Long term care
  • Long term acute care
  • Hospice/ Palliative care
  • Infectious disease
  • Informatics
  • Repeating any of the required experiences

$44,500 – plus staffing wages
