Healthy Michigan Plan Enrollment

The Healthy Michigan Plan provides health care coverage to low-income Michigan residents. 

Allegiance Health and partnering agencies are hosting an event designed to help individuals who have health insurance questions, as well as those who would like help with the enrollment process from a certified application counselor.

Drop-in between 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. No appointment is necessary.

Free parking is available in the Visitor Parking Deck and around the Anderson Building. JTA buses also stop at the hospital campus.

You may be eligible to receive coverage for essential health benefits like maternity care, prescription drugs, dental services, lab and x-ray services, mental health services and much more. 

To learn if they qualify or to apply, residents need to visit or call (855) 789-5610. They can also apply in-person at the Michigan Department of Human Services, 301 E. Louis Glick Hwy in Jackson.

If you experience signs of a heart attack, chew an aspirin and call 9-1-1. Heart attacks are caused by blood clots in the heart arteries and aspirin helps reduce these clots.
