Nourish is a unique wellness program utilizing the latest evidence-based research. It is a 10-week program designed to help participants set and reach personal goals for a more balanced, healthy lifestyle. Throughout the program learn to create a healthy plate, navigate the grocery store, overcome barriers to daily physical activity, practice the art of mindful eating and much more. Nourish can work for you. Each session is organized and conducted by a Registered Dietitian.
