This course provides the best preparation available when it comes to labor and birth. It is a must for all expectant mothers and their partners, and provides a nice refresher course for experienced moms, too. Recommended during your third trimester.
Monday classes: From 6-8 p.m. on the first (Birth Experience I) and second (Birth Experience II) Monday of even months. (February).
Tuesday classes: From 6-8 p.m. on the first (Birth Experience I) and second (Birth Experience II) Tuesday of odd months. (January and March).
Saturday classes: From 10 a.m. - noon (Birth Experience I) and noon - 2 p.m. (Birth Experience II) on the first Saturday of every month.
Here’s a tip for including more healthy foods in your diet. As you put your groceries away, chop some fruits and vegetables. Keep them in snack size bags in the refrigerator so they will be ready to grab on the go.
