Interpreter & Hearing Services

As our community continues to diversify, Allegiance Health recognizes the importance of being able to communicate with patients in different languages. Qualified health care interpreters are available for our patients and their families 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We also provide sign language interpreters and hearing assistance technology for those who are deaf and hearing impaired. All interpreter and language services are provided free of charge.

If you or a family member need an interpreter or hearing assistance:

  • Notify your doctor. Allegiance Health will work with your doctor’s office to make sure an interpreter or hearing assistance device is scheduled for your hospital appointment.
  • Notify admitting our Registration team when you are checking in.
  • Notify your health care provider at any time during your stay.
  • Contact Patient Support Services at 788-4740.
