Our goal is to provide you with excellent care during your stay at Allegiance Health. Any concerns you have should be immediately brought to the attention of your Care Team, as listed on the whiteboard in your room.

If ever you feel your concerns are not being heard, Allegiance Health has developed a patient- and family-activated resource to help.

Patient Care Hotline (accessible by dialing 4444 from your room phone) should be used if:

  • There is a noticeable medical change that your Care Team is not recognizing
  • You have a question about how care is being given or are confused over what needs to be done for the patient 


You can expect a response to your call within 30 minutes. 

Listening to your favorite music can help you relax and keep calm at stressful times.
