Patient Passcode

To protect your privacy, Allegiance Health will issue you a personal Patient Passcode when you are admitted to the hospital. You may share this code with any trusted person you wish. This will allow this person to receive certain information about you, such as:

  • Updates on your condition
  • Results from lab tests, x-rays or other tests
  • Your diagnosis, prognosis or discharge instructions

The code is only valid for one stay in the hospital. If you return to the hospital in the future, you will be given a different passcode. If you have any questions regarding the Patient Passcode Program, contact your nurse.

Regular exercise, such as walking, playing tennis, weight lifting, yoga or using a rowing machine can reduce the likelihood of bone fractures in people with osteoporosis.
