  • Most outpatient appointments and procedures can be scheduled through Central Scheduling by calling (517) 788-4905. Hours are 6:30 a.m. - 6:30 p.m.
  • Free valet parking is available at the hospital’s main entrance and at the Emergency Department entrance. All patients and guests are encouraged to take advantage of this service.
  • If any of your information is incorrect or outdated, you may receive a phone call from our Advanced Registration Department prior to your appointment. Up-to-date information will ensure a simple check-in process the day of your appointment.
  • To ensure a smooth registration process, it is important we have up-to-date insurance and contact information, regardless if you will be admitted to the hospital or scheduled for an outpatient service.
  • Whether you want to request an appointment or review your latest test results, the patient portal delivers the information you need through a convenient, easy-to-use web site.
