Advanced Registration Helps You Prepare
At Allegiance Health, we want to provide you with the best quality care and service possible. You’ll receive our personal attention even before the day of your surgery.
Here’s what you can expect:
Three to five days prior to your surgery/procedure
For your privacy and convenience, an Allegiance Advanced Registration representative will call you. You’ll be asked to verify that the following information is accurate, complete and has not changed in the last 90 days:
- Personal information, including your name, address, phone number, marital status and religious preference
- Insurance coverage
- Emergency contact information
We will also confirm that any necessary authorizations have been secured prior to your surgery/procedure.

Please note: Advanced Registration representatives are not nurses and will not be answering or asking medical questions.
If you are having surgery, a nurse may call you before the day of your surgery. The nurse will be able to address any medical-related questions or concerns.
On the day of your surgery/procedure
Thanks to the Advanced Registration process, your check-in will be simple. You’ll be asked to:
- Provide photo identification and your insurance card.
- Sign appropriate consent and other necessary forms.
Once these quick steps are completed, an Allegiance staff member will walk you to your destination.
