Dr. Qureshi is an interventional cardiologist for cardiac and vascular diseases. He co-directs the non-invasive vascular lab at Michigan Heart. Dr. Qureshi is board certified in cardiology and interventional cardiology. He joined Michigan Heart in 2000, with particular interest in peripheral vascular disease and interventional treatment for acute myocardial infarction. After earning his MD from the Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan, Dr. Qureshi went to the Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York, where he completed his residency in internal medicine, as well as a fellowship in cardiology. Dr. Qureshi completed a fellowship in interventional cardiology, and peripheral vascular disease management and intervention at William Beaumont Hospital, Royal Oak.
