After graduating from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Winston received his internal medicine and general cardiology training at Detroit Osteopathic and Riverside Hospitals. He completed a fellowship in cardiac electrophysiology at the University of California, San Francisco where he served as a clinical instructor and director of its cardiac pacemaker program. Dr. Winston previously served as Chief of Cardiology at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital and Medical Director of the Michigan Heart and Vascular Institute. He is currently on the American College of Cardiology Board of Trustees and specializes in cardiac rhythm disturbances.
