If you are having a life-threatening emergency, call 9-1-1 immediately.

Excellent Emergency Physicians

The Allegiance Health Emergency Department partners with Independent Emergency Physicians, a group of emergency physicians that works collaboratively with nursing staff and is committed to providing excellence in emergency medical care.

Demonstrated Clinical Excellence

Our clinical excellence consistently surpasses national standards for emergency care, including care for cardiac patients. Allegiance Health received the HealthGrades Emergency Medical Excellence Award recipient in 2012.

A Comfortable Environment

Our Emergency Department features 50 private rooms, an on-site pharmacy and family waiting areas—all in a comfortable and calming environment. Valet parking is available free of charge.

Severe chest pain is not always present with a heart attack, especially for older adults, people with diabetes and women. They may experience sudden shortness of breath, coughing, dizziness, fatigue or weakness. Don’t take a chance. Call 9-1-1.
