Bereavement Programs

Bereavement services provide support and comfort to those who have lost a loved one. From support groups to special events, our programs are aimed at helping  individuals and families through the grief journey.

Support Groups

Support plays an important role in the grief process. Sharing your experience with others who are dealing with similar loss can be a comforting and rewarding experience. Allegiance Hospice offers a variety of support group choices for adults, teens and children. View our support groups.

Special Events

Allegiance Hospice offers a number of opportunities throughout the year to honor your loved one and share feelings with others who have also experienced a loss. Many of the events welcome children and allow a chance to strengthen family bonds. See upcoming special events.

Camp Weave-A-Hope

The Camp Weave-A-Hope Remembrance Retreat is an uplifting weekend held in a healing environment where individuals and families can find help in dealing with the loss of a loved one. Age- and gender-appropriate activities and art projects provide a safe emotional outlet and an opportunity for remembrance and renewal. The weekend includes a candlelight memorial service and a dove release. Campers sleep in modern cabins with attached bathrooms and showers. Learn more about Camp Weave-A-Hope.
