In a convenient outpatient setting, one of our Registered Dietitians will assess your current lifestyle and eating habits, and design a plan to meet your needs.

Nutrition Counseling offers assistance in many areas, including:

  • Healthy eating
  • Weight loss or gain
  • Heart disease
  • Cancer
  • Food allergies
  • Kidney disease
  • High blood pressure
  • High or low blood sugar
  • Digestive problems
  • High cholesterol
  • Nutrition during pregnancy
  • Nutrition for children and teens

Comprehensive Consultations

During you consultation, an Allegiance Dietitian will determine your nutritional needs and explain how food and diet relate to your condition. They will identify problem areas, suggest ways to improve, and help you set realistic goals for success. To empower you to achieve these goals, our dietitians provide resources and arrange a follow-up visit, if you wish, to monitor your progress and help you maintain your healthy changes.

Community Outreach

Our registered dietitians are available to speak to various community groups about nutrition. You can request a registered dietitian's appearance through the Allegiance Health speakers bureau.
