Lymphedema is chronic swelling of an area of the body due to a permanent obstruction of the lymphatic pathways, which are designed to carry tissue fluid away from that area. Using successful European programs, Allegiance Physical Rehabilitation treats both upper and lower lymphedema, as well as the underlying circulatory problems.
