The Latest Technology

Allegiance Health is up to date on the latest medical technologies that are proven to be safe and effective. Our surgeons are proficient in minimally invasive innovations, including da Vinci® Surgical System robotics.

Emphasis on Patient Safety

Our commitment to patient safety is emphasized in surgery, as it is throughout Allegiance Health. We continually measure our quality against national benchmarks, and submit our quality data to several national government and private organizations, including the LeapFrog Group, Michigan Hospital Inform and the Joint Commission Quality Check. These organizations collect information on hospital quality and patient safety efforts in order to assist patients in making informed decisions about where to receive hospital care. Several national organizations have recognized and awarded Allegiance for its outstanding patient safety and quality outcomes.

Allegiance Surgery Center

Planned outpatient surgical procedures are performed at the surgery center located across the street from the hospital. The Center’s staff are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
